Executive Core Engineer
Proactive Network Monitoring and troubleshooting in NSS Department.• Installation, operations and management of routers and switches deployed at Gateway, Core andDistribution layer, MSC, HLR, and VLR.• Coordination with NOC team and planning team along with VAS team.• Maintain stable Google and Facebook direct peering with PIE and troubleshoot in case of any issue.• BGP/OSPF administration & IP Traffic Engineering.• Installation of hardware and troubleshooting of routing issues.Work with region and vendor to ensure that the Level -1 & Level-2 maintenance is performed as per theSOPs and SLAs.Preparation of PM and CM process, quality standards, SLAs and KPIs of the Access Network.• Formulation of policies and processes with focus to improve management control, cost efficiency andnetwork quality.• Coordinate with Procurement to purchase IT items including laptops, Computer Systems, printers andmaintain inventory of IT assets.• Handing over all relevant shift information to the next NOC team member to ensure continuity ofmonitoring and incident specific knowledge.• Participate on meetings with internal customers/vendors/global team.
